The path to YOGA on Jan. 25-29

 

5 days of pure nourish of the body-mind with yoga practice and philosophy

Our program includes:

  • asana and pranayama classes

  • Yoga philosophy- discussion  on yogic texts, yoga as a life style, therapeutic effect of yoga, body mind relation  and yogic nutrition

  • 3 yogic meals

  • Raja yoga- meditation the most advanced practice of yoga.

  • accommodation

 

Daily schedule:

06:30 – 07:00 – Wake up into silence (until 09:00)

07:00 – 09:00 –Morning hatha yoga practice

09:00 -10:00 – Breakfast

10:00-10:30 – Karma Yoga (selfless service)

11:30 -12:30 – Yoga philosophy

12:45 – 13:30 – Lunch

13:30 –16:30 – Rest/beach time

16:30 – 18:00 – Afternoon Kundalini Yoga practice

18:00 – 19:00 – Dinner

19:00 -19:30 – Raja yoga

21:30 – Sleep
