Personal coaching program

We offer a holistic approach to personal coaching, using the variety of our expertise to support profound change in understanding, perception and actions, at the mental and physical levels. Working with you, we can individualize a program that addresses your needs, circumstances and your location on your path of growth. We incorporate personalized approaches to any of the practices we offer in group workshops to meet your individual needs, including yoga, meditation, pranayama, nutrition, self-expression and tantra.

We can assist you to develop or strengthen your personal practice and provide private training to help you enter into deeper states of relaxation, concentration and absorption, using mindfulness, breathing techniques and focusing techniques.

Private classes in the area of yogameditationpranayama, nutrition, self-expression and tantra are also available. 

 

Introduction to Chakras and Self-Healing

Discover the seven major energy centers in the body and how they apply to your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual life. Learn exercises to open and balance each chakra and self-healing techniques for harmonizing and integrating your whole being. This workshop focuses on direct and personal exercises for your energy systems and teaches you how to work with them to live a balanced and healthy life.

 

Vision Quest

Reveal your inner voice – what is standing in the core of your being. Create a vision of your future self and learn how to manifest your dreams step by step. Clear your confusion, hesitations, and fears and learn how to realize your full potential.  Vagabond Temple offers personalized coaching and supportive workshops to allow you to develop a vision of the future you want to build and provides you with the tools to build it.

 

The Art of Self-Expression

Step outside your conditioned limits and allow yourself to tap into the source of your creativity, power, passion, and joy. In this workshop you will access and learn to express a wide range of your personality, emotions and inner voice. We will work on relaxing our minds and bodies to overcome obstacles that stand in the way of expressing our full, creative selves. Each person will work towards delivering a creative piece to the group, whether it’s based in music, writing, art, performance or any other form of self-expression.

 

 

Between the Self and the Character: Self-Development Through Drama

Express yourself through working on a dramatic character; build your self-confidence, creativity, emotional expression and body movement. In this workshop we delve into character development, and in doing so we tap into our creativity while at the same time discovering inner truths. Each participant develops a monologue and is coached by Pazit (who has more than 10 years’ experience working in and teaching theatre) on how to perform it in front of an audience.
