February retreat is a well structured program aim to increase mindfulness and awareness to our daily life. The program creates a process which uses an applied philosophy combining practices from different traditions in order to gain a holistic experience of every aspect of our being.
Our goal in the program is to provide practical tools to increase awareness of our mind, body, emotions, habits, actions and reactions; and to bring health and balance to our system. Each participant will be encouraged to develop a personal practice according to his needs to maintain after leaving the retreat.
This retreat is for those who have a strong interest in deepening their spiritual practice and creating change in their life. Please take in mind that this is an intensive retreat with a fulldaily program. In order to experience the full benefits of the retreat we ask participants to follow the code of conduct.
Some of the subject and practices explored in the retreat

Spiritual philosophy integrating the wisdom of Yoga, Buddhism, Tantra and more

Meditation: silence and active meditation from the yogic and Buddhist traditions

Self awareness inquiry- inquiries of our mind’s structure, speech and actions

Asana (yoga posture): awareness to the physical and energy bodies with hatha, kundalini and yin yoga

Pranayama (breathing exercise): awareness of the breath, expanding breathing abilities and lifting the body’s energy in order to experience higher realms of consciousness

Energetic anatomy of the body: the five koshas (energy layers of the body), energy centers (chakras) their functioning and imbalances including techniques from Reiki, Tai Chi, Chi kong and Tantra Yoga.

Nutritional guidelines from Ayurveda (the ancient Indian medicine) and natural hygiene

Developing self-practice: creating the right approach to spiritual path, building motivation and self-discipline to practice in the daily life, overcoming obstacles
The one month retreat will take place in Sihanoukville, Cambodia between 31.1-2.3.2015
We recommend participates to join us for the full month retreat however we allow students to join for minimum 10 days on this dates : 31.1-10.2, 10-20.2, 20-2.3
